that is with a custom script only, I guess he means the rcon login.

I want to login in administrator in this game. how I get Admin panel login and also administrator's id and password?

with SCRIPTS YOU HAVE TO set YOUR SELF AS ADMIN level 10 IN configuration files do /c login your pass word

without scripts
do in server
/admin rconpassword

after login
commands for simple server =

/kick name of palyer that you want to kick
eg

/kick kill3r

for ban
/ban player name
eg
/ban strike
