Whats the difference between powerful and the most skilled? You mean influential or sth?

1) ULK (Can't be fucked atm, includes lots of potential members and nolifers :D)
2) TLN (It's pretty small, but since this is the powerful rank, 90% of TLN are incredible players)
3) DZ, VU (Both DZ and VU have lots of members, and has medium skilled members.)
4) DnA (Skilled members)
5) DU (Would be in 2nd place if DU didnt lose that much players)
