First of all you need to contact server admins (LW, XE, others?) not post on official VCMP forum.
Second if you are banned, then you know why :). Now you can only cry and apologize the server admins.
You were banned in Vice City Hunting Arena server.

when my banned was finshed icant connect to arena but i can connect to other serves when i try play arena it just shows up in screen that connecting to..94.88..and.. bla when my banned was finshed
Make sure you have firewall disabled and try to run as admin if you are using Vista/7
Most of them are having this problem due to firewall enabled.

When i try to connect to Aarena server it just shows up
that connecting to servers ip but it can't connect it just
shows up connecting..but sometime i can connect to server but not every time
why i cant undestand what to do plz help guys...and my friends also have
