These screens are enough to explain it.

These waves don' t allow me to control my skin/my car...

(skin out of my control)

(car out of my control, it goes crazy - look at the world time)

LoL, see the trees... (i post trees problem here because i think it is caused by waves)

Other trees in that way are in the previous screens.

All these things did me to die about 10 times in a row, then i typed /q. Hope you will fix this.
Bye.

I reported this on IRC channel. Here's an answer:

Quote<VercettiG> Adamale: Nothing we can do about that. :P
<VercettiG> You should be able to drive around if there isnt water underneath the ground

VercettiG

Just don't drive there where water is underneath. :) It's not VC-MP's fault. :P It's Vice City's.

TonynhO

Well, you should disable waves then. Drive where there aren' t waves is not a solution because they were in my spawn point and i didn' t have time to get a vehicle and go away from there...
Plus, waves are in places closed to water. Vice City is surrounded by water, so where should i go to don' t get them?...

Simon

The waves can be turned on and off and set to whatever level you please (such as levels above the roads, fine levels, semi-rough, levels that reach sky-high).

They are currently turned off in the public beta :).

VercettiG

Usually, there's no waves somewhere in the middle of the land. Because there's no water underneath it.

maxorator

That's an extreme weather mix, not a bug. Lol.
