The XE European server provides a unique deathmatching experience in VC:MP. We strive to provide the optimum environment for complete freedom in gameplay. We try and place as few restrictions on players as possible, so that they can play the game however they want to. Below is a list of the most important features in our server.
- goto/gotoloc system We were the first server to fully embrace the teleportation system in VC:MP. It allows complete freedom of access; players can go wherever they want, whenever they want. Players may choose to turn 'nogoto' on, meaning other players can't teleport directly to them, in order to maintain privacy when needed.
- Advanced stats system The server logs each kill, death, spree and server join. It logs which weapon the kill was made with and which part of the body was shot. This is then displayed on our online stats page (http://xe.vrocker-hosting.co.uk) where players can then make signatures to show off their achievements to others on forums.
- Spawnwep system Players may choose which weapons they spawn with. The only limits are on tear gas (as it negatively affects other people's gameplay) and the minigun (it is banned, as it is a very unbalanced weapon). Complementary to this, players may gain any weapon in the server for free by using our /c wep command.
- Teaming system Players may choose to team up with a friend; using our teaming system, they will spawn next to their team-mate if they die. This allows for quick paced arena style fighting to pop up in random locations on the map.
- Comprehensive admin system We have a very thorough administrating system, with many ways of tracking down and banning hackers.
- Anti-Spawn killing system It is almost impossible to spawnkill in XE. Each skin has 10 randomised spawn points each, meaning that spawnkillers don't have a fixed place where they can kill.
- Large, dedicated admin team We pride ourselves on having the largest, most active and most experienced admin team in VC:MP. To see our current staff list go here. (http://xe-servers.com/index.php?topic=1166.0)
- Community run server Perhaps one of our most valuable attributes is that this server is open to anyone. Anyone may apply to be an admin and then work up the ranks to become server manager if they are able and willing. This allows us to constantly evolve and keep in touch with what VC:MP players want. This is a server run by players, for players. We stress equality and condemn elitism.
There are a bunch more features in the server, like car commands and quoting, but these are the most fundamental.
