[Bug] Custom radios doesn't remove "City" sound.

Description
When you listen custom/streamed radios, the "City" sound doesn't dissappear.
You can find the "City" sound in the Audio directory.

Always

What you were doing when the bug happened
Forgot to remove the Christmas song from my gta, and I was listening both sounds: radio and Christmas song.

What you think caused the bug
Just not removed "City" sound ?

To clarify, the ambient noise is not removed while using custom radios, whereas it is paused while using other radio stations.

So wouldn't be better to pause it while playing streamed readios too ?
