I have seen some Chinese players spawning mollies while moving and running as fast as they would use a trainer.
Are trainers enabled?

Trainers have been broken. Probably a glitch?

there is no such glitch, there is only that first person aim one that you reported >:(

obvious cheat, I saw a guy named 2014 which hacked unlimited vehicle HP

He was moving very fast and spawning molotovs. I pretty doubt it was the first-person aim bug.

First Person glitch enables only to throw molo faster.
