[Bug] Player killed in RC vehicle still can drive it

Description
When you are in (at least) a RC Goblin, and someone kills you, you will not die. You will still be able to drive your vehicle until you exit.

Always

What you were doing when the bug happened
I was driving a RC Goblin and a team-mate killed me.

What you think caused the bug
Missed to eject the ped when it have 0hp ?

This 0hp bug actually exist in 0.3z R2 it self and it also works in any other vehicle in 0.4. Not only RC. +1 though
