Why was the Classic Mode disabled for vcmp?

I don't think there was ever a Classic Mode to begin with.

No, I mean that there are two modes in Vice City- Classic and Standard mode, found in options menu.
By default everyone has Standard mode, but I tried killing others when In classic mode, and I can't kill them.

Classic mode enables auto-aiming and is thus disabled. It's also broken by VC:MP.
