you intall gta-vc and downloand file VC-MP 0.3z in website official www.vicecitymultiplayer.com

1.- Downloand File VC-MP 0.3z
2.- Intall VC-MP 0.3
3.- and Search Folder Gta Vice City
4.- and Finish  ;)
