UltraMegaServer / worng located vechicles?

I've noticed something worrying on this server, look at this pic:

and better look at the radar:

there are triangles with arrow to down, it looks the vechicles are under ground, aren't they?

Support / VC:MP stops at half of loading (sound of crash)

I've got a problem with running vc-mp. When i run it on standard vice city it goes on but not in vc-mp. It stops at moment what's showed on this screen:



If I reinstall vc and vc:mp it's working but I'm bored of that.
What advice can you give me (if there is even) to make it works? :]

I think lw, always many players, no lagg etc...
