Are you using Windows 7? If you are trying running the setup file as administrator.

Those speeds are terrible ._. . I'm guessing your interent was much faster than that because you said you had a low pinger ping a few days prior.

Make sure you're not using 5192 as the rcon port for the scripts. Remeber, the server port is different from server rcon port. The default port is 5315. It should be in your config.ini as RconPort = 5315

Well, that seems to be the problem. VC:MP will not work without audio files.
