Maybe it is a bug in the plugins announce.

It's a bug in the announce server itself (not the 0.4 server, not the plugin) that I've been trying to track and fix for a few days now. I'll keep you guys posted.

More permanent fixes have been implemented into the masterlist server. If the issue recurs, post again here.

Our current focus is making a stable, extensible and widely-usable multiplayer. We are not focusing on arbitrary changes in game mechanics. If people want dynamic lighting/shadows and bullet holes from shots, they can install other mods for that alongside VC:MP. We are not going to decide what changes like that should be installed for all players at all times.

it is based on early source codes of vcmp

If you mean 0.1c, I don't know why anyone would ever base anything on that.

SCM is disabled in 0.4 and we have no plans on basing any code on a port or integration of CLEO mods. I'm personally not sure if we would end up going through with an integration of swimming/walking/climbing without extending it to allow servers to apply their own custom animations, and it would be too complicated to add by 0.4's initial release, and probably even for some time after that.

Workaround implemented by fixing ghost status being set on screen even if the local player is driving it. This will not affect the appearance of other vehicles having ghost status on any given player's screen.

The growing vehicle bug may still occur for non-driven vehicles under some certain conditions. Not sure though.

This is a known issue that was intentionally induced because evasive dive was unsynced. This will be revisited at a later time.
