How do I log in as administrator on the server?

For example: /admin TheSecretRconPass

that is with a custom script only, I guess he means the rcon login.

with SCRIPTS YOU HAVE TO set YOUR SELF AS ADMIN level 10 IN configuration files  do /c login your pass word

without scripts
do in server
/admin rconpassword

after login
commands for simple server =

/kick name of palyer that you want to kick
eg

/kick kill3r

for ban
/ban player name
eg
/ban strike
