How to fix this?

When I am sniping,in some moments,it stops me from sniping and changes me to fist mode.
I re-installed GTA VC 10 times from different links
I changed 3 mouses

This is a bug in VC:MP 0.3 where players joining or leaving and other events causes the sniper to reset. It has been fixed in 0.4, but cannot be prevented at the moment.
