If You Using Pwn Script .pwn , u can use pawno.exe

1. Press the blue arrow key to compile the script;
2. Change default gamemode name to the gamemode you have just compiled;
3. Run the server (vcmp-srv).

AMX are complied PWN so to edit AMX you need edit PWN (Dont try to google AMX i guess the result is Counter Strike script.)
