You can't join to the server at all, or just to log in ?
IF you start to connect to the server, and then the game just close, then you are Banned.
IF you are trying to log in using the command, and you receive a pm about an wrong password, then you typed an wrong pass.

i typed in the right password, and there is no way that i can be banned because i just started.

Contact the server owner if it's either moderated by anyone. Keep in mind that you might be using a nickname already registered, or the login system is internally damaged (script bugged).
