Is FBS still connecting to 5192?

Make sure you're not using 5192 as the rcon port for the scripts. Remeber, the server port is different from server rcon port. The default port is 5315. It should be in your config.ini as RconPort = 5315

You don't have to pay anything to make your server appear on the offical tab..

Well, that seems to be the problem. VC:MP will not work without audio files.

Do you have your Vice City audio folder?

I am not quite sure what you meant and that video didn't really help , but you probably hit F4 by mistake. If you were referring to the missing name tag. You can toggle the name tag display by press F4.
