It depends on what alias you are using.

If your alias is:

alias vcmp.adminchat vcmp.command adminchat $1-

Use:

elseif ($2 == !time) vcmp.adminchat $vcmp.gethr($2) $+ : $+ $vcmp.getmin($2)

Make sure your VC is 1.0 version and don't have any mods on it.

Delete any mods you have in your vice city or reinstall it.

Use /s or /save <name>  to save the coordinates.

Then goto your Vice City directory, you'll see a file called "vc-mp_saved_coords"
Open it
Enter it in your server config file vehicle section.
Save then start the server
And there you go.

And Racing if you host your server on the same computer as the script, Use IP 127.0.0.1
for the host.

What VC version do you have? vc-mp only works on 1.0 version.
