Did you see the vc-mp logo? If you did and saw it loading then crashes. Try reinstalling VC, reinstall vc-mp or restart your PC.

Well Don's turtorial guide really helped me out with the installation of
GTA LC-MP. My problems were the crashes, and the video showed me how to fix the crashes by deleting the vc-mp.flt file in the mss folder. So ill guarantee it will work for everyone who watches this vid.
