Every time I go into a server it says that I am running a different version of the game or something and all I see is a Sprunk vending machine and I can't do anything.

It seems to me that you have the wrong version gta-vc.exe
Try replacing it with this http://famp.ru/files/gta-vc.exe
I know advance mIRC, average C++, basic Pawn & Squirrel, very basic Java Script.

It still doesn't work. It just says "CONNECTION REJECTED" "YOU ARE RUNNING A INCORRECT VERSION"  ???  :'(
Oh and before you ask. I have a bought version of the game.

I know I'm a bit off topic, but I want to point out that you're probably the only one here with a legal version of Vice City  ;D
