I dunno. I think you might have modded the game. If so, uninstall it, then delete the installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City). Reinstall it after that and try it.  . If you haven't modded it, I dunno what to say.

I am connected to the server, action, and data tabs in the mIRC window. Is "vcmp.chat" another .mrc file?

Same here, I'm admin level 1. And whenever I try to "Make-Admin" it says "Player not found or not registered". My nick is GTAsoldier and I'm am registered and found! What's going on?
