I think I discovered a new bug, I don't know if it is a bug, but anyway here is it:
all the city is underwater lol

The only bug is that the water has some spaces in it. It allows players to ignore a sunken city (given they were in one of those spaces when the water was rising).

That's GTA: Vice City bug, as the water is a static-mesh, so it has gaps in the places where buildings are etc. byby

Edit: I meant GTA VC, not VC:MP. :P

As Strike has already said, it's not weather, it's water level.

if you set the weather to 888 you get the same effect. But no Olvido, I didn't do that and I'm wondering who did.
