Im living in india and i cant use Radio in my vehicle WTF!!! in mp or sp. i have tried in other computers,downloaded the game,buyed the game,etc NO USE!! IT DONT WORK!!! please help
Go to VC\Audio and search for ADF files (KCHAT.ADF, FLASH.ADF). Are they present? If yes, what is their size (MB)?

Yes it is
And their size in MB? Try to enter a car, ESC > Options > Audio and try to click the radio station, then back to game.

32 MB? The smallest one is VCPR and it has 39 MB. All 9 stations take more then 500 MB. Solution: you are using an incorrect version/rip/leftover shit/whatever. Use CD2 and copy "Audio" into VC\.

Ok so if you go to Options > Audio, do you hear the radiostation that is currently playing? Or also silence? Checked volumes >< ?

I tried Orginal Cd's,Downloaded Rip's ,others NO USE!!!
Ok the three main possibilities
1. Broken audio files.
2. Haxxed the game in incorrect way.
3. Not valid exe file?
Try this tool http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-vice-city/tools/628. It converts ADF > MP3 and backwards. Try to convert one of VC's radio station to MP3 and listen, if there is the music or only silence. Also post a screenie of Settings > Audio.
If still nothing helps, I can try to haxx your game with some scripts, but that should be the last thing to do.

I tried the software when i play it in game and vlc player no sound!! maybe its the Radio proplem in india

Its Working but Crashes At Last of the song
Then we are finally home :).
Delete all ADF files from VC\Audio. Play the game from CD2.
If still the same, the easiest way to play a radio station will be to find an complied MP3 file and using the converter, make it as a radio station file. VCS radio station are at gtainside.de
