Sorry if posted already

if a command using setplayerteam is used, the player that issued the command will have his team switched, but the other will not
:)

1) timers don't seem to work[although I may be missing something)
2) setplayerskin bugs a player on skin[can't shoot, get into cars...]
3) gm name can't be changed, native does nothin - setgametext or somethin it is
4) createvehicle causes runtime error
5) setplayercolor causes runtime error
