I've been asking this for quite a while.
I''m using the WINDOWS 0.3z server because the 0.3x doesnt turn on.
So the question is:
When i click the vcmp-svr.exe it says it runs and when I put my IP on the favourites and I do-not see my server, What's wrong?

I click on the vcmp server and i check in vc:mp with my IP and it doesnt work.
