would someone exaplin which is best way of processing commands in pawn?

strtok
strcmp
dcmd
zcmd

zcmd would be the fastest of those.

Indeed, but in this version it doesn't support CallLocalFunction, you will have compiler errors.

Dcmd is fast too, learn it
