Despues de descargar decomprimalo y le hacen doble click al archivo que descomprimieron, aparecra un cuadro le da a Next>, aparecra un mensaje diciendo Welcome to VC-MP 0.3z, otro click a Next> despues le dan al boton que tiene los tres puntos ( ...) y buscan la carpeta de su Vice city una vez localizada la carpeta le dan a aceptar, otro click a next y.....

entonces despues vamos a la carpeta donde esta nuestro vice city y buscamo el icono llamado "vc-mp" doble click, se abrira un cuadro ponen su nick  en el cuandro de arriba al lado de "name", despues para ver la lista de los servidores le dan a la pestaña de internet abajo o official, para agregar servidores a su favoritos le dan a la opcion de arriba "servers" despues add server" aqui unas ip de algunos servidores donde yo juego
