Were this commands ever in VC:MP itself coded?

I checked the whole VC:MP News Pages
and as u can see here:



It says that there wanted to be standard cmds in VC:MP coded:

/stats
/register
/login
/makeadmin

And about the Rcon commands above, need they to be hard coded in the script or do they just don't work? (setloc with interiour, setcarhp)

This news message is very old, and I though, did they continued this?

Obviously they weren't done. I dont know why, but i suppose its because of mIRC scripting possibilities (so such commands were not necessary in VC:MP itself)
