Any PAWN Tutorials for VC-MP?

I am confused, does VC-MP use the same PAWN scripting langauge as SA-MP?  If not then please direct me to a link where I can learn :) ;) many thanks!

The current version of VC:MP doesnt have pawn scripting possibility. However it will be added to 0.4
