Hello guys, i think that i can open a LC:MP server, just for fun of course.
The server is not 24/7 but if you want play it, install GTA LC (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=268361 use the mirror of beta2v7, it is not for spam, but is the only place where you can download the mod sorry guys) on a clear copy of VC, download LC:MP from here  http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f971-lc-mp-0-3z(the vc mp forum link is broken so i found this) install it on GTA LC, delete vc-mp.flt if you have that in mss folder and you can now join. I know the master list is off so... join the channel (#Destroyer.lcmp in LUnet) and ask for the ip. I will open the server everytime when i can.

Anyway you must go in the internet list not favorites list for see servers.  

Remember to open your server ports first before opening the server  .

Uhm, wich OS do you use?
PS: You can try to reinstall vc, or check the gtavc.exe path from the client settings.
