Print Page - Update Package help!

Alright, So When I try to play on VC-MP and I press on the Internet tab there's no server... So then On my Favorites list I go to one of the servers and ask them what i do, and they tell me to get the update package... So I was researching and i found it.. But every time I try to download it this is what Happens

Alright So I do this...

If you could reply with some help or suggestions that would be awesome.
