It is possible, you must forward your ports properly, and make sure the server ports don't match.

2 server port: 5190 ;)
You can maybe run 5 servers or more on 1 pc (might cause lag and pc increase usage)
Just make two different folders for the server files.
Ex: You can call the folders "myserver1" and "myserver2"
And add the vc-mp server files in each folder.
at the server 1 i have the port 5192
and
at the server 2 i had the port 5193
when i started the 2. server the script from server 1 has disconnected
yet i have at server 2 the port 5190 and yet works it fine

you can't connect two rcon's from the same PC
also the system actually requires two ports
if u use 5192 for your server then 5193 must be available for client use
this is why u see servers on the same ip but two ports apart instead of one
the rcon ports must be unique as well
