i dowload this and no mIrc

Ok so I load up mIRC and load the Admin panel right? (Using the Basic One btw).  Then i Load up the rpg script using (/load -rs vcmp.rpg.mrc) right? then i input my Server info on the Admin Panel and connect to it. Then i just go onto my server and make me admin then type /c rpg on and it should work? 

Or do i need the General Use scripts aswell?

well i have a question
i loaded everything also the adminpanel.mrc
then its says

''Rpg v0.1 enabled''

the when i go in mijn server
it also says:

''Sunshine-autos needs new cars all cars have been sold''

so i guess the script is working
but the commands likethe one for buycar (when im at sunshine autos)
or the one for bank(account) (when im in the bank ) dont work
nothing happens it only says: invalid commands....bla bla bla

im allready amdin there and it says so to!

but what if its works,
how do you add autos to sunshine autos for the sell
and how do you set prices and decide witch autos/houses you wanna sell

but i dont know if te script is working yes or no
because the commands dont work
pls need help

I got a problem with the script

First, The actual version of Mirc doesn't work to load the admin panel. So I downloaded the GUS script and use that version of Mirc and the rcondll.dll of there. Next, I load the RPG, and put the info of my server, etc.... And when i connect to the server, i can't connect, but when close the admin panel, i can connect to the server.

What can i do?
