completly true, mine is like that, it acts like a sort of firewall, but you can with some more work open the server connection by creating it TCP and UDP.

Don't connect to the RCOn, just add the server to favorites and connect.

It could be a better option to spawn scripting cause it's less eavy.

And also I can't change the skins cause when I do that and pass by them at the selection screen it stucks in that skin.

In some servers I can't use the skimmers or else i crash.
But sometimes I crash just walking on street.

Incorrect version my ass! 
My version is 1.0, the client I'm using it's 3.0z, the server I try to connect are all 3.0z servers but still, a message shows up saying that I can't stay connected and that i have an incorrect version.
BTW I'm using a no cd patch but the first time i tried I was using a normal crack and it didn't even started up.
I play MTA all the time so it's no connection problem.
What can I do to fix this??
