Title: CreateVehicle and PutPlayerInVehicle doesnt work

CreateVehicle doesnt work even though it compiled and same with PutPlayerInVehicle.
When i start the server it just says that the file or function doesnt work.

Please, use search before posting so that developers can develop the MP rather than respond/lock/delete your threads.
