actually, i think baka is opening more doors for the features to come in. he already opened the gravity and cheats. he didn't open some stuff yet such as cps from sp races, placeable objects, changeable team without dying, usage of sounds, animations on prespawn, everything else SA-MP had and he's gonna make it all do it on a single version

the best to solve this problem is to add a progress bar! many topics have been created on it but no1 seems to take it into consideration, even other mods like LU, SA:MP have it...it would stop people asking when 0.3r2 or 0.4 would come out and so on..
SO PLEASE ADD A PROGRESS BAR, IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW

it works and i think it crashes aswell like vista
didnt tested it but i think it should work perfect. only the issue will be on the mouse.
