Alright I'm new and when I try to play on any server while VC:MP is starting up after I click connect it closes itself without an error message, I have the latest download, How do I fix this?
I had this some time before to.
To updating your drivers (audio & video at least)

No, The sound doesn't work.
Well, that seems to be the problem. VC:MP will not work without audio files.

No, warez is not allowed. You should have the audio files if your VC is legit.
Try using Google to find them, or then just buy VC, it doesn't cost too much.
At the installation i though you can choose if you want to install them.
Try reinstall ViceCity and make sure the installer installs the audio files to

I downloaded an already installed version :P

1) against the rules
