there is a 1 problem in xe that problem start by all xe admins!
if any one hack ! they ban alll subnet of pakistani!
thats why i dont like XE >:(
and i dont care about that ! because in vcmp there is a alot great fantanic best
good servers! in vcmp so go ahead ban if want !

We cant help it if the whole country is under one subnet and some fucktard comes and hacks and evades. In your case, it was sohail_baloch.
