Title: GUPS 1.16a Property System Fixed

The GUPS 1.16a property system was bugged.. (we all know that xD)
So i've decided to do this edit and make it working, enjoy :D.
Note: /c addprop doesn't work, try editing it yourself cuz i'm lazy :P.
