Does this/Will this server have a site and/or forum?

EDIT: Hey, I started to play a couple minutes ago & I can't seem to find any of these "save points"... Where exactly do I go to save my money & stats? The bank?

map editor would be cool, so would headshot and peds like i suggested earlier
also, i saw someone suggest adding the Mirc chat to the vc-mp browser thing, that would be cool

I'd like to see some different cars in the game (modded ones like on MTA) & more guns (grenades, snipers, etc.)

Also, I don't know if any of these are possible (some have been mentioned alot) but i'd like to see working Pay'N'Sprays & actual police and/or citizens, like BOTS or something that can shoot back at you and stuff (just an idea )
