That maybe resolve the 99% of your problem.
1.Open the program
2.go to the server your want
3.right click and select:connect.When you do it DONT PRESS ANY BUTTON
4.In the RCON Password write this:1551
5.press save
6.repeat the 3 step but now press the connect button
now the connection goes faster

hello guys.i have a problem.i make a server and i want to put commands and more things.but i cant find config.ini.can someone tell me where can i download it?thanks
Tutorial for making server:
download the server
open server.cfg with notepad
first type the max players
in the hostname you type the name of the game(server)
now.run vcmp-svr and open client(dont close the server)
go down in favorites and in servers select add server
now type this:
localhost:5192

localhost:only for your pc
you can replace the local host with your ip to play all the players.
