If 0.4 project is not ded (it seems so), i would like to suggest:
- Frame Limiter locked to ON BUT in a way that won't allow to switch it OFF in-game
- IF original VC's fast switch will be back i would like to see blocked the possibility to make it with the crouch-bug: since making fast switch with crouch-bug is faster than original VC's fast switch so it's kinda unfair in my eyes... and we all know that with 0.3 many players got used to this crouch-bug

2) Big Smoke, Ryder, Sweet,.. are SA skins, they have nothing to do with VC. ._.
4) The head in SA:MP is not really synced, it just turns left/right when you move you mouse... plus when you are fighting it turns ALWAYS in the wrong side and get you confused because the skin is fucked in his moves = stupid feature that should be deleted as soon as possible

By the way 200 players is just a lagging machine, 50 are more than enough.
8) Objects, insane stunts, plugin, mods support = #care

10) Auto-update would be bad in my own opinion
11) Anti-cheat = hell yeah, lately there are so much cheaters as never before in my memories

HackMan, the first one is a bug: if you pause and someone shoots you while you are pausing then when you go back in game you are flaying up until you crash.

For the second thing you are right, some change isn' t saved because VC:MP starts its default one but for others you need to change them on single player. ;)

LoL, that' s what i said, let' s wait for 0.4! ;D ...and if it will be like we are hoping, i can assure that it won' t bring only new players, but many old clans will come back too! ;)

Gulk, every1 knows what is a Clan War and i think most of us in here did it at least once. :) 

In my opinion 0.3 (.a, .x, .z,...) isn' t a good version for Clan Wars so, like adamale said, the only thing we can do is to wait until 0.4 comes out where there should be some interesting change from 0.3 (at least, we hope so). ;) And yeah, i don' t see so much Clans in VC:MP like time ago, so who will do these CWs? ::)

I suggest you to create tournaments 1 vs 1 in the time we wait for 0.4, it would be cool and more people would be interesting in VC:MP. :)

I see alot of people want it back, but it was primarily removed due to sync reasons. But if VC-MP devs decide to want it back, I'd like it to be configurable! That means enabling it through server config.

I was thinking about the same, but, think again... If you allowed people to chat through the server browser, the chat would easily get spammed. Which would make it really dumb... Since there's no way of "kicking" that user out of the server browser.
You are right but maybe do something to PM players in game and not talk in Public Chat,  so if that guy start to spam in PM with a command /ignore him (if it is possible), no?

What wave problem..? Elaborate.
Waves in the whole city, really annoying and stupid because it damage the gameplay. This feature in the actual way would result useless because it can' t be enabled when players are playing (if you don' t want to annoy them...).

That is kindof possible in 0.3z. If you tested with us, you'd see that some bribes had objects attached onto them. :P

VC-MP doesn't have a big issue with cheaters. However, I do agree that a better anti-cheat system should be developed.
Yeah, of course in VC:MP cheating isn' t the main problem like it is in others GTA:MPs (SA:MP/MTA:SA Race) but i think that a more powerful anti-cheat system would be only nice. :)

Errr, sorry for that but i didn' t find any better word to explain it.
Hmmm, it is mainly in FPS games, when you are hidden back of something (for example back a wall) and to see what happen or to shoot staying hidden you "flex right or left your bust" (?)... Capishe?! ;D LoL, anyway i think it is not possible...

There's already grenades and molotovs in the current release, 0.3x. The server owners don't like them because they're very crashy in that release!
Well, i didn' t know but i asked to have them not in normal game but in special gamemodes! ;D

Think it's quite alot to ask for, as alot of functions are available in  SA-MP 0.2. Hence it has object placement...
