For example the topic title (subject) could be: [Bug] Tommy Vercetti has no head!
Description: A more detailed description of the bug.
Reproducible: Always / Sometimes
What you were doing at the time of this bug: Brief description of what you were doing.
What you think caused the bug: What you think possibly triggered the bug.
