What you were doing at the time of this crash: I was in a Barracks Army Van as an army skin approaching a player with a white blip inside a Cheetah, was heading north and on the left island.
What you think caused the crash: Not sure. Maybe driving vehicles?

Are you using Vice City 1.0?

Have you reset your PC to try and fix it?

Is VC:MP pointing to the correct GTA:VC directory. Click Tools => Settings => Vice City Installation Location: (Folder Image) and make sure it's pointing to your GTA:VC installation.

The waves can be turned on and off and set to whatever level you please (such as levels above the roads, fine levels, semi-rough, levels that reach sky-high).

They are currently turned off in the public beta .
