What are the limits for vehicles/objects/pickups/players?

IM CAN NOT PLAY VICE CITY MULTIPLAYER, I BELIEVE THAT IS WHY I HAVE THIS GAME IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MULTIPLAYER MOD
