Question about VCMP

Hi, I've got a question about VC:MP.

I'm not sure if I have the absolutely latest version, because when I request internet servers I don't get anything, it just hangs and then finally does nothing.

I have the VC-MP 0.3z client (the installer) and also the server (thats for LAN, not internet though.)

So, do I need anything else, or is the whole entire server down for VC MP right now?

in the video, in the vc folder, wtf is the program CKYPh for VC-MP 3.5 ?

Well, is what the video says to do safe?
Is it what you guys did, or what you recommend? Is it the only way to get the updated version?

well in the video he's just showing you how to install the update,not showing you any hack's to install.
