r2 buildmode fails again?

I think the r2 buildmode fails for theese things:

/v Doesn't give you a vehicle
/skin crashes

Build mode code hasn't changed from 0.3 .. will look into how ever.

I said again because in 0.3z it give you a bugged vehicle, in r2 it doesn't give you anything

Is there any chance you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7? If so, disable UAC.

By the way, the build mode will be fixed in the next patch.
