Crashing back to pulpit after pressing "Connect"

Hey guys, I've been having a problem since I re-formated my system on my computer, whenever I try to connect to a server on VC-MP, Everything is right, it opens the Rockstar and stuff, but after like 5 seconds, everything crashes back to my pulpit without any errors, just like that.
I also noticed that the sound dosen't work in Single Player, maybe that's the problem, but I have no idea how to fix it. ;s

Anyways, I tried re-installing the game, nothing happened.

I had that once and I'm pretty sure it's a sound card error.

Try re-installing your sound card.

I don't think that this shit has any problem with the sound, because all the other games work, GTA 3, San Andreas, and rest all I play :s
So am in a fucked up position right now, lawl..

i haved that problem allot D:.
had more prob with the soundcard and graphic ._.
