It's true, the list really needs a clean up. If they come back then they can easily post to have themselves added again, there's no need to keep them there cluttering it up.

A lot of clans are missing in that link, but that's because they are not active on XE European. You might think a lot of the clans on that post are dead, but do you play on every server 24/7? I'm not saying there aren't any dead clans on that post, because I know one of them are. But some of them you might think are dead, very much maybe are not.

PS. I had to comment on this "list of all gangs that are active right now" as EAF are not on this list, which therefore makes the statement false.
